Affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai, and approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi, KMC College of Law, offers a blend of academic learning and practical exposure through moots, debates, and seminars.
Spread across a 13-acre campus in Tirupur, the College offers a fully air- conditioned, Wi-Fi-enabled environment with world-class amenities—including smart classrooms, an extensive library, quality student housing, and all essential facilities.
About the Competition
The 1st KMC National Moot Court Competition 2025 offers a platform for law students to develop and showcase their advocacy, research, and analytical skills.
Centred on a timely constitutional law problem involving federalism, delimitation, and electoral equality, the competition features simulated court proceedings before a panel of judges from the judiciary, academia, and legal practice.
Participants will be assessed through memorials, oral arguments, and a researcher test, reflecting real-world legal challenges.
Eligibility
- Law students enrolled in 3-year LL.B. or 5-year law programs from any recognised law school, college, or university in India.
- Each team must consist of 3 members: two speakers and one researcher.
- Multiple teams from the same institution are allowed
